What we are looking for :

A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask

Excellent ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment

Computer literate & knowledge of Opera, Symphony and MICROS would be beneficial but not essential

At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred
