Permanent PMO Analyst required by our financial services client based in Wilmslow. Reporting into the PMO Manager, you will provide governance, assurance and operational support which will in turn ensure the successful delivery of Change initiatives across the organisation.
Technical Skills required;
Experience and / or knowledge of change methodologies e.g. MSP, Prince 2 , Agile
Experience and / or knowledge of Portfolio, Programme and Project management offices(e.g. P3O, MOP)
Experience and / or knowledge of invoice and cost control
Understanding of risk management frameworks
Experienced user of Microsoft application packages
Personal Capabilities required, e.g. skills, attitude and strengths;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Good stakeholder management skills, is able to effectively listen, communicate, challenge and influence immediate peer group and senior managers Ability to build and maintain relationships
Flexible, positive with a willingness to learn
Self-starter with business acumen
