Becoming an Estates Administrator with Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP) :
As an Estates Administrator, you will support the wider Estates team, including the Regional Estates Managers, with the administration and soft facilities management tasks at their Upavon site.
You will run the stationary account, support in the Health and Safety monthly checks, as well as oversee the Health and Safety at the National Recruiting Centre.
You will be a strong administrator, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
What you will do :
Pro-actively carry out administrative tasks as directed by the Team Leader
Provision of Safety, Health and Environment support and advice to the RG HQ and the NRC using current governance and legislative documents, media and pamphlets and to cultivate a culture of improvement of Health and Safety and activities within the RG HQ and NRC.
Provide advice to support the completion of SHE audits, risk assessments and generate a safe culture’ as directed by Director of Estates in conjunction with the local representatives and competent persons.
Act as Fire Prevention Officer for HQ RG and the NRC
Assisting with the coordination of maintenance and repair of our facilities, and other relevant administration duties including liaising with our service providers, contractors & suppliers, monitoring and dealing with day to day issues.
Liaising and assisting with the monitoring and arranging repair, maintenance of company facilities including appliances, equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations and act as main focal point to enable the processing and ordering stationary across the business.
Your experience will include :
Strong administration experience
Clear communication skills on the telephone and in writing
Familiarity with the Military desirable
Estates or building experience desirable
Recruitment experience desirable
