Overview / Responsibilities

Responsible for managing internal and external client documentation and business records, and any external information in response to client requests.

Also, as required, storing, searching and retrieving data within client systems (electronic and libraries). Ensures work is carried out in accordance with client and / or company standards and specificationsEnsures the quality of all work carried out under their jurisdictionPrioritises their own workload Maintains clear file structures and manages electronic files, ensuring an auditable, electronic trail for all work undertakenReceives and registers incoming data / documentation and associated work as allocatedEnsures that where contractual arrangements exist, work is carried out in accordance with contract proceduresStores, searches and retrieves documents and business records as requested by the clientMonitors and reports client requests and tasks undertaken as directed by the Account Manager so as to provide clear visibility of services to clientFront-

end manages the internal and external archive records, including box ordering, loans and returns, and supporting the destruction programme

Skills / Qualifications

Administration qualification preferable Higher general education Minimum of 1 year in an information and document handling environment involving library duties, database maintenance and issuing of documents Project and Operations related document control / archive experience Able to use and manage different archiving systems Knowledge of online documentation systems and structure Professional demeanor, interpersonal skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
