The opportunity :

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, insuring overall productivity and quota attainment is met for each month, quarter, and year.

You will manage a team of highly skilled Inside Sales Representatives in a geographic region selling to a wide range of Accounts enterprise grade solutions.

The nature of this position is sales and relationship management conducted via telephone using modern virtual selling methodologies.

Having exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships over the phone is critical for effective management.

You are great at :

  • Identify, hire, train, and manage Inside Sales Representatives
  • Provide accurate forecast and pipeline reporting
  • Work with Sales leadership to define individual sales territories
  • Identify, develop, forecast and close business to meet or exceed the company's defined sales goals
  • Guide sales representatives in closing complex sales engagements to close while interacting with many company collaborators
  • What it takes :

  • Experience in software sales and sales management
  • Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships and close business over the telephone
  • Proven experience in building and effectively managing an Inside sales organisation
  • Experience selling across many industry verticals and account sizes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with top level management and sales people
  • Understanding of strategic selling & consultative selling processes
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills; presentation & public speaking experience and proven leadership & negotiating skills
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals (100% is a minimum expectation)
