We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Leader to join our Marsh Risk Analytics (MRA) team, based in London. The role is responsible for driving the growth of MRA UK sales activity to corporations with complex insurance and risk financing needs, to meet a defined annual sales goal of new and expanded business and supporting client retention efforts.

Marsh Risk Analytics (MRA) is part of Marsh's Client Advisory Services (CAS) which sits alongside the core insurance broking business and provides Strategic and Operational Risk advice to the world's largest companies.

We are a professional services firm consisting of consultants, actuaries, accountants, and ex-lawyers.

  • Define go-to-market strategy for Analytics value proposition
  • Present Analytics value proposition to clients and prospects
  • Work with Analytics team to prepare Schedule of Works and pricing, support resource pipeline and management
  • Support our bid management team through provision of relevant inputs to proposal requests
  • Provide colleague training and thought leadership on Analytics offering
  • Develop and train junior sales colleagues
  • What you need to have :

  • Numerate and financially astute, you will have a detailed knowledge of the insurance needs of large complex clients and an understanding of the principles of risk financing, risk pricing and stochastic modelling.
  • Exceptional presentation skills are a prerequisite and you should be confident operating in the C-Suite. You will be able to navigate client’s Financial Statements and have a strong understanding of corporate finance.
  • You will need to be tech savvy and have great oral and written communication skills. It is essential that you can work as part of a dynamic and fast moving team.
