You will :
Act as a trusted advisor to the Tender Team and Business Unit stakeholders on contracts that are outside of the normal processes.
Ensure non-standard terms and conditions are approved and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Create new process maps and SOPs and support the outsource provider, CBSC with training and implementation
Monitor the end to end process and identify, and manage, opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
Manage critical exceptions and escalations.
Ensure active involvement and alignment with other National Sales Organisations (NSO's) and with the Central Customer Fulfilment team to ensure Pan European processes are followed.
Ensure contracts are price indexed and / or extended in line with relevant Terms & Conditions
Understand the business requirements and recommend changes to existing processes to achieve the desired result.
You will need
As a Customer Fulfilment Specialist you will be able to display the following :
A clear focus on superior customer service and continuous business performance improvement
Experience in analysing performance metrics and proactively looking at continuous improvement
Demonstrated capacity to apply statistical measures to work flows and performance monitoring
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
