The Role

Our Practice Integration Team is responsible for the smooth integration of recently-acquired practices into the Medivet family.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic new team member to join our team. You will bring your experience, energy and passion into full play in this very important role and help to bring newly-acquired practices into Medivet, making the transition as smooth as possible

Key Accountabilities

  • Visiting newly-acquired practices and some existing practices (travel required)
  • Ensure a smooth and thorough transition to the regional management team
  • Ensure that all supporting documents / Project systems ( are actioned in a timely manner and to ensure that this is communicated clearly and on time to the Integration Team Leader or appropriate stakeholder.
  • Liaise with Integration Administration staff to ensure the above
  • Build and Maintain relationships with vendors and stake holders.
  • All aspects related to Freedom installation, testing, gathering of data, pricing and training, alongside other departments eg IT, Freedom Pricing etc as appropriate
  • Implementation of new suppliers and procedures
  • Deal with day to day issues at new sites efficiently, while reporting these appropriately to other stakeholders
  • Skills and Experience

  • Microsoft software package (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint etc,)
  • Ability to work calmly when under pressure
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (overnight stays required)
  • Time Management. Self-motivation. Adaptability and ability to show empathy
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Change Management / systems
  • Self-Discipline in work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and engender trust
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to be both empathetic and understanding, as well as firm, when required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and using written or multimedia technologies

  • Experience of working in veterinary practice preferable
  • Field Based
