We are currently looking for compassionate Health Care Assistants (HCA) to join our growing team in Southcote - Reading and surrounding areas.
This is a permanent position that supports one client, ensuring they receive the best level of care possible.
Location : Southcote and surrounding areas.
Pay rate : £12.00 to £16.00 per hour
Shifts Times : Days / Nights / and weekends
About the work
Caring for patients in their own home
Learning to use complex care equipment and carry out complex care procedures
Building rapport with families
Manual handling of the patients

6 months experience working as a healthcare assistant
Challenging Behaviour Training essential
Must be a driver
Flexible, reliable, trustworthy and friendly.
A willingness to improve the lives of your patients
Superb awareness and attention to detail
Desire to go above and beyond to create a comfortable environment
Able to meet compliance requirements including a valid DBS (on the update service) and a minimum of two high-quality references
