Position Summary :
Perforce is looking for a Director of Sales Operations to support our global sales organization. In this individual contributor role, you will provide analytical, operational and program support to the sales function, including General Manager, VP(s) Sales and sales representatives to drive bookings and efficiencies.
The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and is comfortable interacting with all levels at Perforce, including executive management, sales, marketing, finance, and operations leaders and colleagues with proven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks, be able to work productively in a team-oriented environment and be comfortable with supporting a rapidly growing and changing organization. Responsibilities :
Own the metrics, reporting, and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions and sales performance improvement insights
Run analysis that steer the sales organization including forecasting, market coverage, segmentation, white space analysis, etc.
Key contributor to sales territory planning, coverage models and quota setting process
Manage the forecasting process from reporting to direct sales engagement
Remove back-office barriers for the sales team by identifying opportunities to drive improvement of processes that enable the sales team to become more efficient
Ensure a high level of data integrity and align to consistent global standards and procedures within our CRM and sales tools, including training and on-boarding new sales representatives
Define and create monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for business reviews
Ensure collaborative and effective communication with sales and cross functional teams including but not limited to marketing, operations, and finance.
Assist marketing teams in executing customer and prospect outreach
BA, BS in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience
10+ years in direct sales operations experience, with time spent growing sales organizations.
Salesforce-CRM and / or Microsoft Dynamics with in-depth experience and knowledge of best practices, along with proficiency in reporting and dashboards including custom report types, filters, formula fields, dynamic dashboards and dashboard filters
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills; working knowledge of SQL and Power BI a bonus
Attention to detail and accuracy, excellent analytical and financial modeling mindset, with ability to succinctly interpret data and present findings to senior executives
Collaborative team player, comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholder
Strong strategic, analytical, project management and communication (oral and written) skills
Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive working relationships
Ability to think creatively to come up with workable solutions
Previous experience as a seller or sales manager and or international business exposure, a bonus
Global SaaS and B2B experience preferred
