Roles available in a primary school based in Burnley (BB1)

  • A full-time and part-time role (8.30am-3.30pm / 8.30am-12.30pm)
  • Primary School in Blackburn (BB1)
  • Roles within EYFS and / or KS1
  • Two long-term roles available starting in September
  • Start date : Monday 13th September 2021
  • End date : Friday 17th December 2021 with a view on continuing until the end of the academic year
  • Two roles are available within a Blackburn based Primary School (BB1), one of the roles is available on a full-time basis (8.

    30am-3.30pm) and the other is available on a part-time basis (8.30am- 12.30pm). The school are looking to recruit on a temporary basis with a view to appoint on a permanent basis later on in the academic year.

    The school are looking for teaching assistants who have relevant experience within a Primary setting. You would be expected to provided general support within the classroom as well as potentially delivering small group intervention focusing on vocabulary development / Phonics.

    Roles available

    Two teaching assistants - EYFS and / or KS1

  • The year groups have not yet been decided, depending on the successful candidates speciality and relevant experience
  • Providing general support within the allocated year group
  • Revelant EYFS and / or KS1 experience
  • 30 minute welfare involved
  • The Head Teacher is hoping to meet the suitable candidates at the beginning of the academic year, ideally the week commencing Monday 6th September 2021 with a view to start on Monday 13th September.

    All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
