This role will be focused on helping to build a strong, scalable partner network for R3 in Europe with the key goals of driving corda adoption and revenue.
Additionally this role will support the R3 Identity Lead as a primary focus and Digital Asset lead when required, in fulfilling their day-
Help drive adoption of the R3 Partner Program
Accountable and responsible for activating ISV’s and SI’s
Establish and run partner account planning meetings and events
Nurture existing partnerships to deliver mutual value and evolve the relationship as more R3 offerings come on-line
Collaborate closely with R3 platform, services, commercial and legal teams for end-to-end partnership engagement
Build relationships of trust with key customer decision-makers and influencers
Collaborate with the wider global sales team to advance key Corda opportunities
Engage with potential partners in London and across Europe to define bespoke, value-adding opportunities including application development and projects with R3 members
Work closely with other R3 teams to successfully deliver key partner opportunities end-to-end (with Services, Platform, Sales, Legal and other key functions)
BA / BS in related field, postgraduate degree or MBA preferred
3-5 years of relevant work experience in strategy, delivery management, business analysis or related fields
Preferred experience in managing partners and building external relationships from within a technology organization
Good understanding of blockchain / distributed ledger technology
Good understanding of a broad range of financial products
Proven ability to identify, analyze and solve ambiguous problems independently with high attention to detail and the desire to solve problems that have no textbook solution
Experience preparing and presenting complex materials to senior stakeholders
Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation
Proven track record of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives
Experience working in consulting / financial service / technology organizations
