Protocol Education are working with a school located in Cambridge who are currently recruiting for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to work closely with students on the Autistic Spectrum (ASD) and who also may have Severe Learning Difficulties (ASD).
The Role :
The SEN Teacher role has become available due to new students being statemented. As a SEN Teacher, you will focus on supporting pupils on the Autistic Spectrum and / or Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) at a primary level.
In the role, you should expect to work closely with the school SENCO as well as classroom teachers and provide support to a whole class, smaller groups, and one-
on-one. You will be provided with support to help assist you in your role.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a SEN Teacher or in your NQT year and working with students with ASD, and / or SLD needs.
