Your Responsibilities :

We have a fantastic opening in our award winning global Employee Health and Wellbeing (EHW) team. In this role you will manage global H&W programmes to enhance the health, wellbeing and performance of GSK employees.

This a truly unique opportunity to work in our Partnership for Prevention programme and play a role in the deployment of our Health and Wellbeing technology solutions.

We are open to applications throughout Europe and Turkey

Your responsibilities :

  • Work with countries throughout Europe to embed and grow Partnership for Prevention services, engaging employees and family members.;
  • Work with regional and country level health and wellbeing, HR and Benefits professionals to ensure the effective planning and delivery of programmes taking into account differences in culture and local health care delivery systems.
  • Conduct diagnosis to understand GSK health and wellbeing needs including review of health data, medical claims, HRA results, analysis of existing programmes and services, and gap analysis.
  • Identify and recommend interventions and services to close gaps and enhance the health of GSK employees and dependents.

  • Design health and wellbeing programmes applying clinical guidelines, prevention, health behaviour change and population health management principles to optimise impact.
  • Pilot programmes to assess feasibility and effectiveness of health and wellbeing interventions; develop and deliver proposals to scale programmes globally including budget and funding.
  • Source vendor / providers to meet current and emerging GSK health and wellbeing needs and liaise with account management to ensure efficient and effective delivery, clinical quality and impact.
  • Evaluate and report on programme impact including participation, engagement, uptake, impact and cost effectiveness.
  • Utilise voice of customer and qualitative / quantitative data to continually improve programme design.

    Basic qualifications :

  • Degree or certification in Health Promotion, Nursing and relevant field
  • Strong health promotion experience including a deep knowledge of health behavioural change
  • Understanding and exposure to population health management and solution implementation
  • You will have experience in a global role and have an understanding of the complexities involved in working with emerging markets
  • Experienced in both quantitative and qualitative methods to design targeted programmes based on data insights
  • Good understanding of excel
  • You will have project management capabilities
  • Strong stakeholder and consultation skills
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Masters Degree or certification in Health Promotion, Nursing and relevant field
