Customer Service Advisors
Temporary to Permanent
Based in Gateshead, hourly rate : £9.32, increasing to £9.86 after 12 weeks

Our client is an International company based in Gateshead, Team Valley. They are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to provide first call resolution and exceptional service to their customers.
To succeed in this role you must have the passion and drive to deliver an exceptional service in an industry that provides customers with a friendly fault free service.
Proficient IT skills are essential along with previous customer service experience. We welcome application from candidates who have worked in call centres, retail and the hospitality industry.
You will work an 7.5 hour shift between the hours of 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday and one in four Saturdays (37.5 hours per week).
These positions will start on a temporary basis and after 12 weeks there is the opportunity of a permanent contract if you demonstrate the right behaviours.
