The Sales Operations team is responsible for managing projects, essential to the success of the sales organization. This dynamic team is dedicated to improving overall processes, current experiences, and solving new challenges while supporting the sales teams to achieve financial and operational targets.
Sales Operations is at the heart of most initiatives and as such provides a huge scope to understand the business from a very broad view.
As a Data Analyst within the Sales Operations Team, you will be participating in various projects starting from creating actionable insights for the Local business to managing compensation plans for our Sales teams to rolling out new Sales tools.
You will be Supporting 10 countries across EMEA to better enable sales and management teams to drive efficiency and revenue.
You will do this by managing existing and creating new reports as needed using SQL, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and Tableau.

You’ll Spend Time On The Following
Execute Compensation Plans for our Sales teams across different specialties and Lines of Business.
Assist with data-driven target setting for Sales teams, track their progress and advise Management teams with recommendations as needed.
Partner with cross-functional teams like Finance and HR, to define, develop and maintain financial and non- financial KPIs.
Provide analytical insight on sales performance to identify root causes and influence the direction of sales strategy and priorities.
Proactively identify gaps and errors in data and reporting and work towards improving those areas.
We’re Excited About You If You Have
1-2 years of work experience within an analyst role, ideally in a sales-driven environment.
Advanced knowledge of SQL with strong analytical skills is mandatory.
Proficiency in Excel and / or Google Sheets.
Existing experience with Tableau and / or other data visualization tools is beneficial.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills and are capable of hitting time-critical deadlines.
