Home Instead Swansea has been operating since March 2009. The business was set up by Ben Ruddle, who after a poor experience with the available care services for his 98 year-
old grandfather, decided that he could help other people with similar problems, and began looking for a way to do so. After some research, he came across Home Instead and decided to open a franchise here in Swansea, as Home Instead specialised in exactly the kind of care that was, until now, missing in this area.
