The role holder will be part of the Managed Service capability teams for Managed Services which is of strategic importance to BT Enterprise.

  • Own and lead the development of L2C and Professional Services capability for the Managed Service portfolio which is of strategic importance to BT Enterprise.
  • Execute the strategic evolution of L2C and Professional Services capability to ensure BT Enterprise’s relevance to customers.
  • Support the portfolio transformation towards repeatable and feature rich capabilities that differentiate and add value for customers.

  • Applies specialist technical expertise to ensure consistent, successful and rigorous implementation of product plans, ensuring alignment to broader business function goals.
  • Sets the strategic direction for L2C and Professional Services capability.
  • Delivers L2C and Professional Services capability development(s).
  • To improve the experience for our customers through the solutions that they own

    Mandatory :

  • Business Planning experience
  • Product lifecycle knowledge
  • Understanding of innovation and technology trends which impact the product and how it is utilised to deliver a solution for the Enterprise markets and customers
  • Deep understanding of the market and customer demands for Managed Services.
  • Understanding of the value chain between core connectivity services and managed solutions.
  • Deep understanding of related technologies and ecosystems.
  • Preferred :

  • Deep understanding of BT Enterprise Markets and its customers
  • Product and solution development and delivery
  • Understanding of convergence and the impact on product / solution design
  • Qualifications :

  • Will depend on experience.
  • Typically degree and post graduate qualification in a related subject, e.g. Business or Marketing.
  • Key decisions

    D scope and requirements for development of L2C and Professional Services capability.

    R - development, launch and delivery of new L2C and Professional Services capability.

    R management of allocated capex to achieve Return on Investment.
