Proven track record within the Food and Beverage, hospitality or Retail industry. In order to succeed you realise the importance of your team which you will recruit and shape through coaching, creating a high performance culture.
You’ll challenge and inspire your team to achieve results and celebrate successes by using existing tools as well as by finding new, creative and effective methods of recognition.
Alongside your natural ability to coach and develop you’ll enable your team to thrive and realise their potential and personal ambitions.
You will act as a role model for your team by delivering on your promises and displaying a determination to always achieve to the best of your ability.
Your commercial focus is second nature, you will take a proactive approach for your stores results, focusing on solutions and identifying any barriers to success.
You’ll have a keen eye for financial results with the ability to analyse and interpret Store Performance Indicators and Trading Accounts, ensuring your store delivers the highest standards.
