An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warranty Co-Ordinator to join Kloeber UK Ltd based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
Kloeber UK Ltd, a successful and expanding supplier and installer of bespoke glazing products to the retail and commercial sectors, is now looking for a capable, motivated and organised person to work alongside its Aftercare Manager dealing with warranty claims and general customer service matters.
If you are well organised, have a confident manner and a high level of computer literacy this job could be for you.
Working in the office, you will be dealing with all types of correspondence from Kloeber’s clients, arranging for parts to be bought and fitted, booking in jobs with clients and arranging labour to carry out site remedial work and recording progress on the company’s computer systems.
An ideal Warranty Co-Ordinator will have the following skills and qualifications :
Full training will be given for all Kloeber products and systems. Previous experience is not necessary although applicants with experience in customer service in construction, glazing or joinery would have an advantage.
In return you will receive a starting salary of £20,000 - £22,000 (commensurate with experience) :
