Candidate attributes :
Electro-Mechanical engineering background
Medium sized, multi discipline PM experience where they took overall responsibility for the project acquisition and delivery
A sense for risk management
Fiscal management experience and demonstrate experience
Ideally formal professional project management training and / or bonified qualification
Demonstrated global, multi-disciplined project team management experience
Supply chain management & negotiation experience, preferably demonstrate successful contract negotiation
Culturally aware and a demonstrated ability to understand (and apply) the differences that unique global cultures bring to requirements
This is not a traditional PM role; you would not only assume ownership and in turn accountability of solution delivery projects but also have the strategic vision to use the project learnings and outward profile as leverage and a spring-board to business growth opportunities.

Focused on mastery of tactical execution the Programme Manager is a mission-critical role within the strategic services side of the business will be the project management functional process gatekeeper and ensure services projects are delivered on time, on budget, customer satisfaction and with innovation.

Project team management derived from cross function & global team
Project fiscal control
Supply chain management responsibility
Effective reporting to stakeholders
Bid management and active involvement of opportunity development with international team of business development and sales
Operating within functional department or in matrix structure lead by function, with few external interfaces
Skills & Experience Required
BEng (2 : 1 or higher) engineering (mechanical / electrical) or other relevant discipline. Further degree desirable
Professional Project Management experience and strong knowledge of associated tools, methods and techniques, ﬁnancial management and risk assessment
Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an understanding of customer needs.
Highly driven and self-motivated with an ability to deliver results within tight deadlines.
Good business understanding and focus
Proven ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload under minimum supervision.
Good communicator, comfortable in front of customers and able to explain complex technical material (in English)
Excellent ability and willingness to learn new skills as necessary
Experience 8+ years in a technology environment ideally from combined product & service business
Professional Project Management qualification; Prince2, PMP or equivalent
Aerospace certification (EASA / FAA) process management
