Our projects involve working with various major clients in the transport industry, including local authorities, private sector, and government, throughout the UK and Ireland.
We wish to recruit an experienced Transport Modeller (Associate grade) to complement our current team in Leeds, UK. You will become part of a respected and ambitious team, and the role will provide every opportunity for you to make your mark and influence the continuing sustainable growth of Jacobs in the UK.
As a Transport Modeller you will be involved in delivering a wide range of transportation projects, for various high profile clients across the UK.
In order for you to fulfil this role you must have knowledge and experience of using industry standard modelling packages and recognised transport appraisal techniques.
You will support and advise a large team working on a variety of transport planning projects and will be involved in the preparation and use of a wide range of transport models, including providing guidance to junior members of staff.
You will also get involved in the economic appraisal of schemes and subsequent technical reporting.On a day to day basis you will work with colleagues to deliver a variety of projects, whilst also getting involved in managing client relationships and bidding for future work.
