Location : Homebased - Go to Milton Keynes a couple of times a month

  • We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
  • Undertake reviews as requested by Bonn (Corporate and Divisional team)
  • Flux analysis and annotations explanations as requested
  • Ensure that changes to financial and process requirements are communicated and implemented promptly (process notes to be kept up to date to ensure consistency).
  • Work with internal & external partners / customers to foster collaboration, networking & best practice. (Attend Bonn IFRS16 calls, run BU option meetings, CRE meeting, site and PWC queries)
  • Liaising with tax team for quarterly asset (property and leased asset charges) tax queries
  • Approval of monthly journals, adjustment templates and offset reconciliations generated by Accenture
  • Review additions and error corrections in LEAP to check alignment with lease documentation
  • Assisting with Balance Sheet reconciliation reviews and follow up with Accenture

  • Fantastic communication skills to communicate with employees in India and Bonn
  • Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receiveable
  • Good understanding of Debit and Credits
  • Knowledge of processing journals
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt communication style with stakeholders
