We are seeking to recruit a Research Fellow in Design to play an active part in the internationally-acclaimed Design Research Group at the Open University.
Skills and experience
Your research interests should align with participatory, inclusive and social design futures. You will be responsible for conducting high quality research in these areas.
As an independent researcher, you will be able to demonstrate evidence of self-directed research and be responsible for developing your own programme of research, including future funding plans.
You will have a PhD in Design or on a design-related subject and have published high-quality peer reviewed journal papers.
You will be supported to secure external research funding, publish in high-ranking peer reviewed journals and contribute to REF2021 submission.
As an academic member of staff in the School of Engineering & Innovation you will be based at Walton Hall, Milton Keynes.
