This is the perfect role for an individual with a strong background in Private and High Net Worth (HNW) Clients accompanied with strong leadership qualities and ambitions to progress a senior management career.
This position oversees our London sales team however; the day-to-day working location is flexible for the successful individual.
What can you expect? A platform to devise and implement a sales strategy focussing on growing and retaining our client portfolio whilst providing an exemplary service to our clients To support and nurture a team of up to 7 client executives, using your leadership style and values in order to foster an engaged and motivated sales team The opportunity to lead the sales effort of the function through the promotion of best practice, achievement of productivity gains and alignment to the business strategy The chance to build on existing Private Client and HNW knowledge and an opportunity to learn new skills in a continuous improvement environment To build and maintain an excellent rapport with our clients, providers and colleagues across the Group What is in it for you?
