Let's talk about the role and the team : Your primary role as FP&A Specialist will be to analyse financial data (both historical and forward looking) for strategic and operational decision making.
Key deliverables include sales reporting, formulating forecasts, profit and loss accounts, financial models and performing variance analysis.
You will assist in driving company's performance through producing insightful reporting thus aiding commercial assessment of tactical and strategic sales and marketing pricing.

e. ability to communicate and steer IT) Improving processes to ensure data is accurate and provided on a timely basis Creating insightful reports, dashboards etc.
for both use by both FP&A and wider commercial teams Support special business projects and initiatives Perform work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts Network with contacts outside own area of expertise Lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team Able to work independently but confident enough to seek advice when appropriate Serve as a best practice resource within own area of work Drive synergies in reporting across the CMG and wider business Responsibilities might include : Performing routine professional-based activities (early in career) Contributing to and managing projects (mid-career) Providing advice / direction in primary areas of expertise (specialist and expert) Leveraging professional expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 2 years of related experience Experience of working with complex data to produce meaningful insight Experience of Tableau, COGNOS, SiSense and Oracle a significant advantage Applies functional knowledge and existing methodologies to solve complex problems or execute specialized projects Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Determines methods and procedures on new assignments Additional information : Working from home (100% at the moment) At Resmed, all employees benefit from a bonus plan, the percentage of which depends on your position within the organisation.
