SURREY QUAYS SPECSAVERS
FULL TIME TO INCLUDE LATE NIGHT AND WEEKEND WORKING
Great customer service a promising career
Providing excellent customer care at Specsavers is one of the most important jobs in a store. That’s why we make sure our Customer Service Advisors not only receive first-
class training, but also the chance to learn and progress within a business that’s continually growing, both here and abroad.
With development opportunities like these and our support there’s no telling how far you’ll go.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll give every customer a warm welcome and listen closely to what they want. You’ll then answer any queries, provide the lowdown on our products and explain any offers that are available.
Your efforts have the potential to make a big impact on both customer loyalty and sales so there are no doubt you’ll be a key member of the team.
We’re looking for a genuine people person someone who enjoys talking to others and helping them find what they’re looking for.
If that sounds like you, we’ll make sure you get all the training you need, so you understand our business and the wider industry.
Show us you have a talent for retail and we’ll show you the ropes.
Specsavers has been going from strength to strength, ever since the business started back in 1984. We strive for the highest clinical standards and believe that the customer should be at the heart of everything we do.
We also recognise that our people are critical to our past and future success so we do everything we can to make sure they get the experience and career they’re looking for : from outstanding training and a personal development plan, to excellent benefits and unstinting support.
The business has nearly 1,500 stores across 12 countries and is still growing. We want you to be part of this outstanding success story.
This vacancy will close once we have filled all available assessment places. We therefore highly recommend early applications.
