We are looking for a Strategist to work across both some of the world’s most recognisable brands, in performance apparel, food and retail, and brand’s the world has yet to meet, because you will help bring them to life.

Our Strategists create impactful, integrated, and measurable strategic platforms. They’re thought leaders who find the best approach to clearly present qualitative and quantitative data that drives innovation.

They uncover cultural insights that surface meaningful opportunities for brands which solve human problems as much as they solve business problems.

They create detailed, yet simple presentations that tell stories and provide recommendations that contribute to the strategic direction of client work.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Strategist at R / GA :

On any given day you might :

  • Develop presentations that clearly present a story, guide creative teams and motivate clients to take innovative approaches to their brand.
  • Begin building strong relationships with clients and team members, while deepening their knowledge of interactive marketing.
  • Conduct market and consumer research and shape conclusions based on that analysis.
  • Shape consumer and cultural insights that go on to inform a wider strategy and / or a concise and inspiring brief.
  • Collaborate with other team members to flawlessly execute client deliverables.
  • Work with data analysts to incorporate customer and campaign analytics.
  • Forecast, report, and optimize data to inform concepts, ideas, and plans.
  • The Ideal Person :

  • Has knowledge of and experience with digital, social and interactive environments.
  • Has experience with media planning, CRM, direct marketing and integrated communications.
  • Enjoys collaborating with creative teams to execute strategies for clients.
  • Can interpret qualitative and quantitative data and assemble an evidence-based argument.
  • You bring :

  • 3+ years’ strategy experience at an agency and / or working with developing insights, leading cultural trends, and driving big ideas for interactive platforms.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and are unafraid to ask questions, present a clear POV and defend your work with data.
  • An open and inclusive mindset - curious and open to learn from others with a different set of personal and professional experiences.
  • An ability to be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Remote / Hybrid Options

    At R / GA London we’ve been working remotely for the past year, and fully embraced our you do you’ philosophy. We’re now gradually opening up our office space in Shoreditch, and exploring what our hybrid working environment will look like, which may include some requirements to work from the office.

    We’re also embracing and appreciating the potential fully remote working can offer our people, as well as the business - we’d love to hear about your home working experience and what your expectations are.
