The Pest Elimination business is a large, cross county, field based organisation where 1000s of journeys to customer premises are undertaken on a daily basis to service customer sites.
As part of the drive to reduce travel time, increase value add time with customers and reduce our carbon footprint across the EMEA region, GIS transformation projects are being rolled out across the next 12-24 months support Operations and Sales teams be more efficient in their day to day workings.
Once transformation projects are completed, to ensure that gains are held and to respond to the needs of an ever changing customer portfolio, a will be in place to help District, Regional and Sales Managers plan day to day needs and support onboarding of large, multi-geographical customers.
Key Accountabilities
Work with Operations and Sales Managers to optimise planning in multiple countries across Europe to ensure gains are held from transformation projects
Handle day to day rezoning / rerouting requests
Work closely with Customer Services Teams to help administer large account rollout schedules
Ongoing geocoding to keep the country portfolios up to date and supporting adhoc project needs
Own Operations and Sales planning process and sessions to continually improve efficiency within day to day workloads
Experience Needed
2-3 years of experience with GIS (ideal) or equivalent route optimisation software and must have
Experience of geocoding tools and techniques a significant advantage
Highly analytical and able to process and handle large volumes of data in excel and other analytical software systems
Great written and verbal communications skills
Able to work independently with District Managers / Sales Manager to plan, schedule and rework their team's schedules and customer leads through regular planning sessions (proactive and adhoc)
English speaking a minimum with ability to speak French, German and Spanish a significant advantage
Although the role can be remote, the candidate will have a home location in either UK, France, Spain or Germany to allow for face to face attendance of team meetings and synchronisation of working patterns.
