We are looking for an experienced full-stack software engineer to join the team working on our Global Business Systems (GBS) platform.
Our global platform delivers on our "one company" vision by standardising business processes across the organisation. Using industry leading technologies and digital tooling, GBS provides a fully integrated toolset and enables the rapid deployment of innovation and standard methodologies across the global business.
You will join an existing team of 5-7 developers working on a range of applications, services, and algorithms to support the GBS.
You will work closely with other teams to build integrations with other services and APIs. You will be joining a high collaborative, agile-like environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile
At least 3 years’ experience in a full-stack development role
Previous experience working in an agile-like environment with exposure to a devops culture
Comfortable working in a geographically dispersed team
Strong hands-on experience in developing .NET / C# applications, RESTful web APIs, lambdas, and Windows services
Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and Postgres
Demonstrable skills in building, maintaining, and improving CI / CD processes
Experience developing solutions that are secure, scalable, robust, and reliable
Experience of service-oriented architectures, developing high transactional services at scale
Experience with performance optimisation
Experience of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.JS and Node.JS
Experience troubleshooting in complex environments using monitoring and logging tools (such as Splunk, AppDynamics, NewRelic)
Experience of software testing processes including the creation and execution of test scripts and the successful delivery of UAT
Experience with Event Driven Architectures and message queues (such as SQS, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ)
Demonstrable skills in developing APIs through Apigee API Gateway, or similar and using GraphQL
Cloud and network aware with AWS Experience
Knowledge of Load Balancers, Proxy Servers, DNS, CDNs and WAFs an advantage
