I am working on behalf of a very reputable Elderly Service provider that requires a Registered Manager to assist with their new branch in the East London area.
The Company :
The branch aims to provide a tailor made package of care and support that contributes to the overall health and well-being of its clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences.
The Branch works in partnership with other services and health professionals, to support their clients in maximising their full potential by promoting independence and, wherever possible, participation within their local community.
The Branch / The role :
This particular branch is the company’s newest. The Registered Manager will work directly alongside the managing director to grow and develop the business, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills, will need to be able to build relationships within the local community, establish key contacts within the care sector.
The branch is currently providing 100 hours of care per week and is looking to continue to grow this. You will be building a strong team of carers and a strong office-based support team around you.
You will have to abide by all CQC regulations and keep standards high at all times.
The Person :
You will be a strong manager, registered with CQC and have a proven successful track record with domiciliary branch management within elderly care.
You will have excellent leadership qualities and a desire to work to high standards. You will have proven experience of growing a branch and preferably setting a branch up yourself from scratch.
You will be results and target driven and be motivated by an end of year bonus.
The Salary :
Up to £35,000 pa + bonuses!
