Japan Social Media & Content Executive
We are now looking to hire a Social Media & Content Executive to join our Japan territory team to have ownership of new and existing social media platforms and to assist creating content for the website.
This high-paced role requires a candidate who has an in-depth knowledge and experience of social media delivery and engagement.
Core Responsibilities :
Oversee social media / content campaigns involving responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, campaigns and contents creation, execution, monitoring, research and reporting.
Ownership of particular social platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. Responsibilities may expand to platforms such as TikTok and LINE in the future.
Direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live action and other content forms that best utilise the technology available on any given social media / digital platform.
Stay up to date with the wider digital / social industry and news to be acting as a key lead to share knowledge within the department.
Maintain all social channels security and update security information accordingly when needed.
Liaise between external translators and contents team in order to maintain contents consistency and quality of the translations for the website.
Update the website’s contents such as product information, list pages, customer reviews, etc, as needed.
Build contents texts and layouts when plan to run new localised campaigns.
Translate from English to Japanese when localising the global campaigns to the Japanese market.
Undergraduate degree holder or above
Business level of English and native Japanese language skills
Ideally have good hands-on experience of social media / content development with experience on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LINE.
Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
Proactive self-starter with the ability to build social media channels
Able to give clarity, direction as well as problem solve
Able to prioritise, structure work and effectively manage time
Good project management and creativity
Advantage : Previous experience within the supplements / fitness industry
