Christchurch Group, part of Active Care Group, are recruiting Rehabilitation Assistants for our Services in Lincoln, The Laurels.


Hours : 25 Hours per week OR 41.5 Hours per week

We also have bank available!

Pay rate : £8.91-£9.44 Depending on qualification

All candidates must have at least 6 months experience working within healthcare

  • These services support clients with mental health issues, physical disabilities, and acquired brain injury with their rehabilitation.

    You will be supporting residents with their personal care regimes, medication, social activities, therapy programmes, (ably assisted by the multi-disciplinary team), to maximise their recovery and independence.

    The ideal candidate will have :

  • The ability to demonstrate the right behaviours and attitude for working in an adult social care environment is a minimum requirement for all our team members.
  • Must be flexible in working hours which are shift based to include days, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays as the Centre operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
  • A Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and experience of a similar role is desirable
