    About you :

    Essential for this post, you will possess excellent knowledge and skills in tissue viability and complex wound management, as well as good organisational and interpersonal skills.

    A passionate and skilled practitioner committed to improving tissue viability patient care and experience, you will work closely with the Tissue Viability Clinical Nurse Specialist Team Leader and other TVCNSs to implement the pressure ulcer prevention strategy, reduce avoidable harm from pressure damage across the Trust.

    You will play a pivotal role in providing both professional and clinical leadership on a daily basis, along with demonstrating your expertise in all aspects of tissue viability and complex wound management, across a variety of diverse settings including Berkshire Healthcare inpatient and community areas as well as primary care, practice nurses and Care Homes.

    You would be expected to develop and deliver educational programmes to support the organisation with all aspects of Tissue Viability and wound management, to equip staff with the necessary skills, qualifications, experience and competency.

    This post would suit an experienced Tissue Viability Clinical Nurse Specialist (TVCNS) looking to expand their experience and consolidate skills.
