The main responsibilities of the Corporate Marketing Coordinator include meeting with prospective clients, providing them with the necessary information about Barry's Corporate Partnerships, and growing existing relationships, all while maintaining high standard of professionalism and customer service.
In addition, the role will include supporting the marketing team with campaigns and events all detailed below :
Assist in the re-structure and design of the UK corporate partnership offerings.
Prospect corporate clients to promote exclusive offerings from client entertainment, team building, and wellness programs.
Manage and service existing and potential corporate relationships and bookings.
Manage corporate inbound leads generated through website and email.
Identify and execute marketing opportunities to grow corporate business, which may include, but not limited to, in-studio campaigns, pop-
up activations, and corporate wellness fairs.
Assist with creating marketing collateral to promote corporate partnerships.
Create a go-to market new studio opening strategy and prospect list to generate corporate pre-sales.
Act as customer service responder to website inquiries and facilitate direction to appropriate manager contacts.
Assist with marketing campaigns that meet company objectives.
This role would be for all UK Barry’s Studio’s.
You'll generally work a standard 9am to 5pm day but hours could sometimes include shift or weekend work. There may also be a requirement to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
2 years of relevant marketing or sales experience within a similar industry (preferred)
University level Marketing / Business education (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and excel
Highly organized and able to manage various multiple projects / tasks at once
Team player; enjoys working with other people on multi-channel campaigns / multi-departmental projects (also enjoys working on individual projects)
Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable cold calling, travelling around sites and conversing with teams or third parties on a regular basis
Highly creative and full of ideas and energy for driving our brand forward
Strong interest in the fitness industry
Aware of data protection
Can-do attitude and resourceful
