We are looking for an Administrative Officer, to work full time, at our head office based in Croydon.

The purpose of this role is to support the business development team with referral management for our care homes and hospitals.

You will be working with the internal Operations Teams, Registered Managers and Hospital Directors to drive referrals through the system internally in a timely manner in line with our internal Service Level Agreement.

  • Carrying out administrative work for all referrals
  • Monitoring all bed movements across the care homes and hospitals
  • Proof reading assessment reports, in preparation for submission of funding packs
  • Weekly reporting for all referrals and bed management updates
  • Undertaking research projects
  • Further ad hoc tasks
  • The successful Administrative Officer will have :

  • Proven experience within a similar role, be it private healthcare or the NHS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically excel
