Working with our Macmillan Support line team and our Team Leaders, you will be a key point of contact for Service Managers and Heads of Service to ensure service delivery.

You’ll need to be highly organised in this role with the ability to identify areas in need of improvement, providing solutions along the way.

We want people who work meticulously and take pride in their work, striving to find effective solutions to problems and efficient ways of working smarter rather than harder.

The role of a Service Coordinator involves making the right decisions in the right moment, communicating well with the leadership team and wider service teams and using data to make forward thinking decisions.
