Here at Wickes we are thrilled to announce we are recruiting for a Store Support Advisor to join our Support Centre in Watford.

Please note that we do offer flexible working, and therefore don’t expect our colleagues to be in the office 5 days a week.

The purpose of this role is to maintain the Let’s Do it Right Forum, ensuring all posts are answered within the allocated SLA times and that the advice / resolutions given are right first time.

Key Accountabilities :

Responsible for maintaining the Let’s do it right forum, working with the wider support centre to ensure store queries are resolved within SLAs.

Prioritise issues in order of risk, due to volumes of issues that are raised on a weekly basis and manage upwards, escalating issues with department Heads as appropriate.

Responsible for ensuring responses to queries are accurate, concise and clear.

Analyse issues and trends and seek a permanent resolution to prevent other stores being impacted.

Continuously improving the process of the forum and managing store queries to make it as effective as possible.

Proactively contact stores for feedback, collating and making recommendations.

What are we looking for :

GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English

2 years retail experience

Experience as a supervisor / manager in DIY shop or working in a customer facing retail environment

Good understanding of store environment

Problem solving

Planning and organisational skills

Excellent communicator

Computer Literate
