About this team
The European Digital Team uses data-driven thinking to support lululemon in understanding, testing, and building the most personal, delightful online (and cross-
channel) experiences possible. We challenge assumptions with data to inspire positive change.
A day in the life :
The Digital Analyst will provide actionable insights into performance of European digital properties.
Proactive use of digital data using Adobe Analytics (Omniture) and other tools to identify insights and opportunities to drive optimization of lululemon’s web properties and mobile applications
Support ongoing delivery of regular reports via Adobe Analytics Workspace, Report Builder, other tools as required. Automation of these where feasible.
Effective data visualization and communication of data to enlighten and drive action
Educate and support colleagues and internal partners in their use of digital analytics to answer their business questions
Use data to inform our the new market entry strategy in Europe
Raise data integrity issues and new tracking requirements with Analytics Implementation colleagues globally
Feed and support the creation of data informed hypotheses with A / B Testing and Personalization
Represent the voice of the guest, through development of NPS and verbatim reporting
2+ years experience working in digital analytics with experience in an omnichannel retailer, European or International experience a bonus
Expert in Adobe stack. Graduate degree in a related discipline.
Capable with analysis of heatmaps, session replay, and voice of customer data. In particular using a combination of data sources to construct a 360 degree understanding of site / app performance.
Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving with proven data instincts and clear understanding of the common pitfalls of digital analytics
Credible and articulate natural communicator and storyteller with contagious enthusiasm. The ability to communicate and collaborate with both business and technical resources.
