What you’ll do :

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, and key support areas, gathering information to build and maintain a view of upcoming changes and being able to provide clear and concise updates highlighting any impacts to the operation in a meaningful and clear way
  • Support the wider team with change delivery and business readiness activities when required
  • Lead and support in the delivery of analysis activities for multiple projects from business case, operational measurements and requirements, impact assessments, through to implementation support
  • Facilitating and presenting information and data to tell a meaningful story a senior audience using a variety of tools and techniques to engage and achieve buy in
  • Develop a strong understanding of all sales business area priorities to allow effective resourcing of projects and able to influence prioritisation decisions to support business targets
  • Coaching and Development support to colleagues at all levels across the department
  • What you’ll bring :

  • A proactive, flexible, creative, considered approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Engaging role model with the experience and skill to help coach and develop others to achieve and deliver desired outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability build effective relationships and to communicate calmly and concisely at all levels challenging were necessary
  • Skilled in seeing the bigger picture, spotting trends and validating opportunities and turning these into real effective change or improvements
  • Experience in supporting change and PMO activities / whilst keeping a holistic view on outside impacts and work collaboratively with cross disciplined project and change delivery teams to gain buy in and support to help proactively drive change
  • An understanding of the change, small change and technology areas processes and requirements would be advantageous.
  • Experience of using Office Packages such as Excel and Powerpoint with an understanding of developing and using reporting outputs.
  • Any experience of tools such as Roadmunk, Business Objects or Meisterplan would be advantageous.
