    Job Description

    This role is responsible for ensuring effective & efficient contract operation, on our Performance Plus site at Essar. Principally through delivering maximum contract performance at minimum cost and ensuring a win-win environment is not just maintained but maximised and leveraged.

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reliability - Service the onsite equipment and ensure plans are in place and being driven to delivery reliability service on all levels, including improvement opportunities.
  • Provide support to the reliability process, root cause analysis, fault finding, rectification and proposal generation as required.
  • Understanding-Build intimate knowledge of client & partners processes procedures and drivers.
  • Relationship - Form integral part of client’s in-house contract management team.
  • Support - Ensure Customer is adequately supported and in position to carry out necessary duties. Including tools, procedures, systems and technology.
  • Required Skills and Experience

  • Rotating equipment experience and engineering knowledge in a proactive reliability environment.
  • Qualifications - Degree, or equivalent
  • Communication - Excellent all round communication & interpersonal skills, written and verbal, at all levels of an organisation.
  • Approach - Logical & process orientated delivery of results.
  • Proactive problem solving.
  • Dynamic self-starter.
  • Commercially sensitive.
  • Language - Local language requirements plus English.
