That’s where our Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Assurance team come in. Together, they carry out audits, set policy, and make sure that across the organisation, we’re adhering to the highest standards and the safest procedures.
And as our new Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Support Officer, you’ll be central to that effort.Provide astute administration with an international impactAs well as being well-
versed in Health & Safety and Quality Assurance, you’ve also got boundless efficiency. You’re driven to keep improving the support you provide.
In this role, you’ll do that with a particular focus on supporting audit work within our Engineering and Technology Directorate, as well as contributing to a wider culture of excellence in Health & Safety.
So what does that involve? Well, you’ll control our mailbox, recording any incidents or accidents around the world. With knowledge of statutory compliance inspections, you’ll schedule inspections and audits across departments, co-
ordinating team diaries as you go. You’ll analyse how we’re doing against our Health & Safety targets, and make reports on our progress.
You’ll even be the secretariat for our Asbestos Working Group. Ultimately, in everything you do, you’ll provide expertise and efficiency enabling the wider team to succeed.
Bring natural communication skills and nurture teams everywhereYou’ve got both the admin skills and the communication skills to help complex tasks go smoothly.
You’re unflappably calm, making sure you understand and meet everyone’s needs even if an inspection has to be reorganised at short notice, or there’s an unexpected incident that needs your attention.
