Digital Project Manager

Our digital teams work with clients to deliver engaging experiences. Covering everything from strategy and design to delivery and analytics, the Hogarth interactive team has comprehensive capabilities to power the most engaging work across all digital media and channels.

The Role :

The role of the Digital Project Manager is to engage with our clients and client services colleagues and scope, plan, produce and lead the delivery and deployment of digital campaigns according to strict deadlines and within budget.

This includes working alongside inhouse and offshore talent and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party agencies in-order to deliver projects according to plan.

In addition to this, our Digital Project Managers need to be solutions orientated, self-starter, who are comfortable working with their initiative whilst possessing a solid understanding of Project Lifecycles and best practices.

They will also be required to train, share knowledge and mentor junior team members.

The successful candidate will need to be able to communicate intelligently and effectively with Creative, Technical, Account Management and Senior Leaders.

As such, must have good written and verbal communication skills as well experience of leading projects and project meetings and keeping all team members engaged and aligned.

They should be comfortable picking up projects at various points in the project lifecycle and hit the ground running.

  • Be an internal source of expertise in the digital advertising space and respond swiftly and concisely to any questions or queries
  • Engaged and invested in incremental learning and improvement of project management techniques and best practices
  • Management of projects with up to 50K budget
  • Manage and optimise project workflow to ensure / increase productivity
  • Initiating projects including scope, budget and schedule
  • Project execution including scope change, briefing and progress tracking
  • Project wash-up documentation
  • Become the lead and pioneer of how process and digital advertising projects should be delivered
  • Attend internal meetings as a representative of the Digital team as and when required
  • Ensure they have considerable experience delivering from start to finish digital campaigns
  • Requirements :

    This Project Manager must have proven experience of the following competencies :

  • Minimum 3 years demonstrable experience managing the scoping, production and distribution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Delivery Experience for the following types of projects : Banners, Landing pages, Email, Social
  • Experienced working with HTML5 and Rich Media
  • Good knowledge of Ad Platforms : Google DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Flashtalking, Sizmek)
  • Experience of working in (preferably large) digital agencies on large global accounts
  • Scope Management : The ability to control the work included in a project, ensuring that all the work that has been scoped and budgeted can be delivered
  • Risk Management : The ability to identify, analyse, and properly respond to project risks (opportunities and threats)
  • Time Management : The ability to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Organisation : The ability to juggle a varied workload and to prioritise one's time effectively
  • Cost Management : The ability to plan, estimate and control costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget.
  • This includes resource planning

  • Quality Management : The ability to ensure that project delivery meets the quality requirements
  • Communication Management : The ability to link people (including team members and stakeholders), ideas, and information throughout a project life cycle
  • Client Servicing : The ability to manage client needs through the whole of a project lifecycle
  • Eagerness to Learn : The desire and ability to learn new skills and to develop one's personal knowledge of Digital
  • Stress Management : The ability to remain calm and keep a reassuring presence in pressurised situations
  • Can Do Attitude : A positive 'can do' solution focused mentality
  • Administration : The ability to set meeting agenda's and take and share comprehensive notes. Also, the ability to track and manage actions
