We're the recruiting team who hire talent for Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Studios in the US / EU and Amazon's Development Centre in Edinburgh.
We partner with other recruiting teams supporting these orgs in Japan and India. Traditionally, we've focused on external hiring, with this being supplemented by internal transfers who found their way to our customer groups.
18 months ago, we decided to tap into this internal Amazon candidate pool in a more programmatic way and launched a dedicated internal engagement team.
Fast forward to today and based on results, we're a leader in this space, with our model being copied by other Amazon recruiting teams.
We're doubling down on our internal engagement efforts in 2019 and accordingly, we're scaling our PM function and hiring Sr.
PMs in both Seattle and London. The expanded team of PM professionals will build on existing internal talent programs and identify and execute upon new, innovative programs for the US / EU.
Further, the team will lean into Japan and India to launch new programs in those regions.
The PM will partner with VPs and Directors to agree and execute upon an active and varied program of events and social media / employer branding activity.
The ideal candidate is an experienced PM with experience of working on strategy, brand development and / or employer branding.
You will be a quick learner who enjoys working in a dynamic, ambiguous space with ever-changing priorities, who has strong prioritization abilities and can complete a high volume of complex tasks with minimal supervision.
You will also be a detail-oriented planner with the demonstrated ability to communicate and respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, a sense of humor and great composure under pressure.
You will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and team oriented,with an ability to deliver results through influence.
You will have a proven track record at taking end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results.
