Contract Type : 12 month FTC

  • Our People Services team is a central team supporting all our people throughout the entire employee lifecycle, with correspondence, benefits, pay and guidance from the production of offer letters;
  • running staff and pensioner payrolls; projects; HR Systems; through to exit arrangements.

    We are about to launch our new People Services team following the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors, whilst retaining MHR’s iTrent system for payroll processing.

    We will then evolve the model over a 12 month period

    and this role is an excellent opportunity to get involved in this change programme.

    What will you be doing

  • You will administer payroll in accordance with legislative requirements, retaining documentary evidence on file
  • Undertake ad-hoc pay calculations outside the payroll system, ensuring that the payroll system is updated accordingly and records maintained.
  • Processing of pay increases and bonus schemes producing letters and updating payroll
  • What we’re looking for

  • You will have a good general understanding of Payroll and ideally generalist HR activities, plus a good level of PC literacy
  • Experience of working within a book-keeping environment where you have had experience of processing manual calculations and payments
  • You will have the ability to prioritise workload and work within a fast- paced environment
