We have an excellent opportunity for an Offering Management & Pricing Leader to lead a global team of Offering Managers and Pricing analysts to drive growth and value capture by undertaking commercial responsibility of the portfolio.
This role will be based in Basildon.
Lead a Global Offering Management team to deliver key portfolio Metrics : NPI Say / Do and NPI Vitality, Product Gross Margin, Revenue and Volume, Pricing, Portfolio management SKU Rationalization and inventory.
You will take care of the pricing team to deliver pricing targets, govern discounting and channel; program design, capture value and maintain strong positioning and ensure high monthly / quarterly rigor on profitable Portfolio mix & Channel mix thru deals, promotions and pricing strategies.
You will decode market, customer and technology trends, unmet needs and insights to define portfolio vision.
You will develop & execute global offering roadmap and build & execute NPI funnel thru AGILE workflow & global Release Trains.
You will be the change leader to consolidate global platforms and drive substantial re-use across global EP regions.
You will lead the GBE portfolio transformation for Connected’ offerings - act as leader with vision in translating customer needs & use cases into innovative connected offerings with outstanding user experience.
You will assess and deploy most profitable Go-To-Market models collaborate & partner where needed to build customer value and gain Share-of Wallet.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in leading Product Management, Category Management, Offering Management in International markets.
Consistent track record of leading a product line end to end P&L, driving growth and profitability in a product based industry.
Practical understanding of pricing strategies and proficient in the use of pricing tools and processes.
Act with urgency, ability to prioritise
Takes ownership and holds others accountable to deliver on commitments
Empower, develop and set high expectations of direct reports, peers and other stakeholders.
Acts quickly when faced with ambiguity and uses speed as a differentiator.
Proven track record of managing complex programs successfully which have major business impact.
