Operational missions

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Maximize both direct and indirect sales, through an optimisation of his / her own performance in accordance to his / her objectives (budget)
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Contribute to the overall team productivity and sales development
  • Profile

  • Job experience : At least 6 months of Call Centre sales with Ski knowledge / specialist, long haul specialist, travel experience.
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid visa to work in UK.
  • Amazing communication skills (especially over the phone) and customer care skills
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Clear and friendly telephone voice
  • Skills needed for the job

  • Knowledge : Club Med range of services and products, B2B and / or B2C sales conditions, sales processes, Group & NMEA Sales policy
  • Skills : Client oriented, argumentative skills
  • Training sessions will be organised regularly to keep you up to date with our tools and processes
