Menu design & development (costings) for Cafe

Day to Day Running of the Kitchen

Stock Control, Supplier Liaison, Ordering, Invoices, Stock Audits / GP Reporting, Wastage Control

Recruitment, Rotas, Team Training & Development,

Due Diligence : Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters

About you :

Experienced chef in a comparable Italian / Mediterraneanfresh food, fast paced operation

Proven all round skill set : Creativity, Leadership, Communication, Organisation & Cooking Skill

Genuine Passion to Cook & Train with ability to deliver under pressure

Ability to Motivate & Train team members effectively

Strong on Due Diligence up to date on current Hygiene Legislation

Genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role
