What you’ll be doing day to day.
You’ll drive our sales, coaching your team to challenge and go beyond their sales targets, identifying even more opportunities to help your practice grow.
Whilst managing our costs and stock availability.
Looking after our customers and our business, your professional and ethical approach will help us keep up to date with professional guidelines, and the really high standards we strive to keep, as well as delivering P&L for your practice.
Your organisation will really help us succeed.
You’ll also share your knowledge and experience with your team, so we give our customers thoughtful care. You'll be an inspirational clinician, leading by best practice and role modelling the behaviours that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
How will you do it?
Your friendly and really personable personality will really shape your Opticians store. You’ll really inspire the team around you with your passion for great customer care.
You’ll also build fantastic relationships with your team and local healthcare professionals, working closely with them to provide even better service.
