Onboarding Specialist

For us to succeed in digitising the hair and beauty industry, we have a highly driven Partner Success Training team ready to drive high engagement and performance in a salon partner's early months at Treatwell.

Were ambitious and have big growth plans in store for our UKIE market. With this in mind, we need to support our new partners in being successful and adopting our SaaS (Connect Pro) ensuring their onboarding experience is seamless

Your responsibility extends to helping them become a genuine online advocate; by the time they leave your care after 3 months, they need to be firmly sold on the value and importance of moving their own client base online, and we should already be seeing heavy Saas adoption as a measure of their engagement.

You will be responsible for :

  • Onboard new salon partners, train them on all aspects of our SaaS
  • Educate and coach them and their teams on how to digitise their business and utilize the tools we provide them
  • Create sticky engagement, make sure they understand the full benefit and adopt it
  • Work to eliminate the risk of unsuccessful partners, setting them up for success
  • Regularly communicate with new partners during their first 3 months so they feel confident in the product
  • Closely collaborate with Inside Sales and Field Sales to ensure new deals go live promptly and smoothly
  • About you :

  • Patient and determine, able to adapt your style to match the training needs of our partners
  • Persuasive and inspirational, youll advocate the benefits of the online world, our tools to create excitement and commitment in our partners
  • You'll be able to ask the right questions to determine the partner has comprehended the training and how to use our software.
  • You like to dig into process and find opportunities to improve ways of working
  • You can translate what a partner is saying into a root meaning to identify what they are truly looking to accomplish via our product.
  • Strong communicator, able to build rapport with both partner and colleagues
  • A team player, motivated by the success of the team as well as your individual performance
  • Target driven, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • A proven commitment to seeing things through and achieving long-term results, demonstrated by longevity and success in previous roles.
